Hydrogen powered train makes UK debute

This is a significant and very welcome environmental development in terms of powering trains in the UK and beyond.

Germany already has operating passenger trains using this new to rail power source (see link below from 2018) but great to see UK rail companies working it up too.

    A question? As in coal etc ,pollutants and will run out ,Is hydrogen a source that could equally run out. or is like solar and wind ,permanent?. These would be good to be used in hot lands or Africa where water is important. A good start and lots to learn to make them VERY successful
